Perfect restaurant with excellent beers

Super tasty and very friendly ?

Was three days for training in the hotel, everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. No wish was not fulfilled. Been to many hotels but the hospitality here was amazing. Maybe thanks for 3 great, relaxed days, for super delicious food and a drinkable beer. Very, very happy to be your guest again

The rating only refers to the restaurant! Day menu with errors (at least 2 dishes not available), can happen. Salad drowned in vinegar and oil, maybe. own style? The meat roasted dead, i.e. dry. The spaetzle were tasty, but if everything is obviously prepared with fixed products, that does not speak for the upscale class that is suggested here to the outside world. In addition, there is such loud acoustics, especially when the housewife's regulars table or whatever is sitting with the boss, so that you could only yell at each other and a cozy atmosphere was simply impossible! Never again!

We went there for lunch on Sundays. The pure mass processing! Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The food was on the table within 10 minutes, the salad without dressing, neither vinegar nor oil on the table, also no pepper or salt. Very hectic running around from the service staff. We don't need that again!

We sat in front of the venue. Service very fast and friendly. Unfortunately, hot meals are not available all day. But Obatzter etc available. Good prices and big portions. Nice, quiet location.

Were by bike for one night. Brutally quiet, clean room the third bed for the child was huge, the whole room was generously clean and quiet. Breakfast way too much everything you could wish for. Super personable staff and owner.

After an hour there was still no food although we had asked several times. No system of controls, no one knows what the other is doing. And then the nerve to wish you a nice day. Although they had just screwed him up for us.

Were on the road for 5 days with the bikes. A different hotel every day. At Winkler it was THE direct hit. The room was spacious, the staff was super nice, even when the shop was buzzing everything was completely relaxed. For the first time, the bikes had a safe and locked hall. Breakfast a poem. Whoever writes something else has never been here! 5 star plus! Keep it up!

Very tasty food ... large portions ... very good service .... great atmosphere ... always with pleasure

We came for dinner in the evening around 8:00 p.m. The food was really 1A and in terms of price really very pleasant. The ambience is very impressive, the interior (unfortunately not accessible due to Corona) has been freshly restored and really inviting. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, the 3.7 stars definitely do not do the restaurant justice

We were with a hiking group for the night and for dinner in the Hotel / Gasthof Winkler. The reservation itself was straightforward and extremely accommodating, especially in Corona times. There were no complaints from anyone in the group about the rooms, they were very clean and comfortably furnished. The dishes that were offered were varied and very tasty. Service was great and the wait staff more than friendly, fun and accommodating. The inn and hotel are definitely a recommendation.

We wanted to eat at the Winkler inn and were greeted: "You don't want to eat anything now, do you?". So much for the bad situation of the inns. Even if the warm kitchen was closed, it was 2:15 pm, it closes at 2:00 pm, you could still offer cold dishes. But ok, unreasonable for us.

We were very impressed with the Altstadthotel Winkler. The dining room is newly renovated, very tasteful and cozy. The food was excellent. I think it was the best onion roast in my life. Go there! The rooms are also good.

Rating concerns the restaurant. Rude and incompetent staff. The waitress cannot answer the question of how the house beers differ in taste. 2 different beers ordered, but when serving the waitress no longer knew which glass was filled with which beer. No more food from 2 p.m., the guests are better sent away than to adjust the kitchen times. Better stop in Beilngries or at the Plankstetten monastery.

Super beds and bathroom are so far also. The WiFi works not everywhere best reception but everything works. I like it well and I would love to come again at any time ago
